I'm curious which parakeet model did you use? I found parakeet V3 tdt int8 onnx very accurate so far and have been pleased with the model.

I think the problem is AI meeting minutes use a template that forces a summary when it doesnt work. I found just taking the raw transcript and uploading to an LLM helps way more than using the teams summary.

Its been immensely helpful catching things I didn't understand the first time.

But you still need to pay attention in the meeting.

I found Parakeet V3 TDT pretty accurate in a meeting app I build. I tried out Moonshine and whisper and found neither of them more accurate or faster than Parakeet. I also didn't like whisper take up more ram/size than parakeet.

Same thing with Nemotron 3.5 ASR. Its just as fast as parakeet and same memory footprint.
