I think the problem is AI meeting minutes use a template that forces a summary when it doesnt work. I found just taking the raw transcript and uploading to an LLM helps way more than using the teams summary.
Its been immensely helpful catching things I didn't understand the first time.
But you still need to pay attention in the meeting.
I take notes, email out what is personally relevant, and put the burden on people to verify any rebuttal.
