Yes that was my argument and it stands. The Kalona yogurt you showed is not UPF but I think the honey might be only in the bottom. The lafermiere yogurts are UPF.


I do not understand what difference you think that makes but I'm also not that invested in this debate. I don't even like yogurt.


You started going on about pasteurization and confused everyone..
