Aren't devs on Steam required to disclose use of AI? If yes, then there is a way to filter crap.

Two years ago I moved to a smallish (think 3,5k people) town (in Europe, ie you get everywhere by foot) and it has done wonders to my mental health. All the daily social micro-interactions with people who are aware of you seem truly healing.

Observing some colleagues, more like "wheelchair for the mind"

I think your metaphor is certainly possible. I feel it is much more like a "dragster for the mind" in my personal experience. In both cases you remain seated and your legs don't do much. But perhaps a wheelchair can get you more places...

So, cure for cancer when?

You are a good person.

> Since they are now "sanctioned" by the US you cannot legally donate to them even if you wanted to...*[0]

There are many of us who do not live in the US, so many still can. Just not through paypal.

That's not how US sanctions work. When the US sanctions something, nobody is allowed to donate to them. Basically any country that trades with the US (most) has to follow according to their trade deals. Any bank that wants to be in SWIFT must block any transfers

> Any bank that wants to be in SWIFT must block any transfers.

Given that SWIFT is headquartered in Belgium and Italy's major bank is one of the 24 banks on the SWIFT board, how does this "blockade" in SWIFT happen? Is the inference that all of the banks bow down to the US, even though the US only represents 2 out of the 24 banks on the board?

The US can say any bank that does business with SWIFT may not do business with the Federal Reserve. We all know who will win that battle - the one where the money is, like always.

I'll happily accept being sanctioned by the US. I'll wear it as a badge of honor, and then I'll start paying cash for everything.

Nah, just pass the outputs to a person not related to Anthropic in any way.

Or -- maybe better -- just fsck the TOS.

Even if you think you cannot escape incentives - there exists a thing for shaping them - it is called "regulation". Some still consider it a dirty word though.

No need to hide "penis" behind asterisks. It is proper -- even medical -- terminology, in contast to "c*ck", "d*ng" or "schl*ng".

I feel like you can say cock, dong, and schlong on here too. It's a website for adults, it's not Tik Tok where you have to censor everything in these asinine ways.

What does a male chicken, a word representing the sound a large bell makes, and the Yiddish word for "snake" have to do with the word "penis"? Why would you censor such innocuous words?
