Partially true, the largest uranium mines are in Canada, Australia and Namibia, but it is a commodity market and it is way more managable than oil market.

Also, you can stock pile uranium and forget about the market for ten years. Oil strategic reservers requires large infrastructures and usually last only few months.

I doubt that number but it would be an improvement: the MW in Italy is far beyond 200 USD/MW in wholesole market.

Btw, it is not completely about price/MW but it is also about sovereignty and... No, there is no U mines in Italy but a commodity market is much more managable than the oil market.
