This is the most impressive tech demo I have seen in years. Spatial computing just became real. I hope, I can buy something like this in a few years. Thanks you for inventing and sharing.

I would like to have this! Is this a real, working prototype or just some computer animation?

Author explains the demos are real but current setup bulky.

Where do they say that?

> All the videos shown here are from a real - yet bulky - prototype setup. No video editing or special effects, or AI generation.

Oh, i see. Thank you!

What they didn't say is that the bulb shown in all the images are a prop.

Looks great, I would like to try it out. Can you recommend any OBD2 adapter? I’m driving a Ford from 2019.

the Vgate works good, there is a spec for the OBD2 Devices over bluetooth, so any of the cheap ($20-$30 range) should work fine, I haven't found one that hasn't connected to the app yet https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XGB4873?th=1&tag=crewchief-20"

Thank you for taking the time to reply and thank you for your suggestion.

I was expecting more waves. I am wondering if this video was AI generated. I hate that it is so hard to trust your eyes nowadays…

Edit: Did a quick background check, video seems legit.

immediate ban

What about DELL? The Dell UltraSharp lineup seems to be pretty solid. I am planning to get one once my LG Monitor dies.

I really appreciate that the Dell monitors don't have the stupid proprietary charging bricks. And fairly decent features.

I thought monitors lost those over 15 years ago, but a few years ago I got a Samsung gaming monitor that happened to come with a brick. Ugh.

Are they really proprietary or just not what you want? Most of these bricks just output a fixed voltage in a barrel jack.

I work at an e-waste recycling company. We get Dell monitors all the time. Their basic office monitors seem fine (~24" 1080p), but all our clients are too cheap to go for the more expensive models.

That's because Dell monitors are extremely popular with businesses.

Have to say, I've never been disappointed by a Dell monitor.

I'm a happy dell monitor user as well

Dell ultrawide is the way to go!

Honestly I was more thinking about TVs than monitors but I often forget Dell makes good monitors.
