"Not your keys?

... Not your coins."

implying the keys were the hacker's ?

Well at some point they were.

I do not at all like how they changed most posting dates to just say "over a year ago". When looking up solutions to code issues, the date of the answer often matters a great deal.

I think they reversed this change, because I wanted to complain and agree with you , but decided to see how bad it was and found out that the site displays dates as it used to before

Oh that's a new change then, thanks for pointing it out. It was only last week I was annoyed at how it was hiding that the answers were from 2013-2014. I wonder if they've suddenly got someone there with a bit more sense?

What made you change it's name from 'Garth'?

I went back and forth with my coworkers on the naming and we essentially voted on Hob vs Garth. Vote came to Hob. Do you prefer Garth?

And all that, for them to then put your private home address (assuming you're not a business) on the app page?

I haven't bothered with them for years now, since the way they treat indie devs is absolutely awful.

And the 12 people/14 days things was a complete show-stopper. Two arbitrary numbers completely pulled out of someone's arse.

It's interesting to see these cautionary tales appear. Pretty much playing out exactly how many of us thought they would.

And then you've got the local "Wan2GP" setups "for the GPU-Poor".

Also tried the "Locally Uncensored" setup on a 3060 laptop, which worked surprisingly well.

How has it taken so long for this to get some proper attention?

I'm not Ed's biggest fan, but he's been pointing out some very important things for quite some time now, regarding the ludicrous over-investments going on around so many companies that are completely and utterly devoid of profits and will likely never have any.

Careful, you'll get downvoted by knee-jerk reactions from people who have absolutely no idea whatsoever about the harm Spotify causes to artists trying to survive in the music industry.

I already did ;)

Vibe coded or not, Spotify is a disgusting company for artists, however fast or fancy it's made.
