"WISeR has resulted in delays and denials of care, operational chaos, and reports of patient harm"
It sounds pretty par for the course for non-AI as well. What criteria is the EFF using for its evaluation or the program, Medicare's own internal metrics?
I'm actually amazed this stuff even works enough to do a bad job. Getting data into an LLM out of the Medicare system is something I assume would have taken at least a quarter or two.
we don't know how the brain works yet, and I don't see a thread on hackernews "new paper describes how brain works by mannytv" with 1000 comments so don't talk out of your ass
That's not a common side effect, and I've been watching GLPs for years. In fact, it's more likely to cause divorces due to, you know, becoming more attractive.
If you're getting it compounded it may be time to switch providers.
Seriously, in the first week you should feel a bit of nausea at .25mg. After 2-3 weeks you should see something, either weight loss (most) or gain (some).
Or you could be one of those who have no effect, which sucks. I'd go over your process with your provider, from storage to injection.
Not everyone gets nausia. On .25 I had zero side effects. At .5 minor sulpher burps that lasted a few days and then again down to zero side effects. In the online communities of people on GPL-1 very few people have side effects.
Why on earth would having no side effects suck? As long as its working (weight loss) then thats the ideal scenario.
The last set of updates seems to have fixed my sync issues. I have no idea why this is so hard, except maybe their team architected things incorrectly.
I believe the readings go to their cloud first then the app reads from there, which is one of those things that makes you realize hardware guys shouldn't design software.
FYI cable networks (upstream) are essentially token ring.
In fact, broadcast ethernet is essentially token ring, except instead of a token it just grabs the wire. Only one machine can grab the wire at a time. Switches hide that from most people.
No, DOCSIS is nothing like token ring. It doesn't use tokens, it uses channels for up/down and TDMA/CDMA.
No, 'broadcast ethernet' is not token ring. There is no token. It's not a ring. Switches do hide the details, but it's hiding collision domains, not token passing.
Yes, exactly, if programmatic deals aren’t possible to do safely then dont. There’s tons of stuff you can’t do safely programmatically, so we get people involved. Many such domains exist. The idea that advertising can’t be one of them is just the status-quo, not the only option.
