Work on your English. I interviewed a young guy in Pakistan. His American English was flawless (no accent). He told me he talks with ChatGPT voice mode for 2 hours a day.
I hire a lot of people outside US for digital marketing roles. Other big thing is invest in decent microphone. Camera and lighting (for me) is miles behind how I judge candidate vs. sound quality. This is probably not true for every interviewer but that’s what I encourage everyone to do. Get a decent mic first. Doesn’t need to be expensive. $20 or $50USD goes a long way.

So far, it has swallowed 1,205 thoughts. I think it’s fun. Sometimes, when I feel upset, I write something down and drop it into the black hole. Afterwards, I feel a little lighter.
