WikiEdu is an independent nonprofit that coordinates a lot of programs where college professors assign Wikipedia editing to students, and they recognized that a lot of students were attempting to add AI-generated text to articles. The organization has done a lot of work over the past couple years to train students on using AI constructively (such as to help with finding sources, not to generate article content), detect potential AI-generated contributions from students, and coach students toward doing the right thing.
