I struggle with ADHD, have been for years, and no pharmaceutical drug helps, while they all have severe side effects. Meanwhile every time I take a single drag of my friend’s joint, I feel most relaxed and have most coherent thoughts, while able to pull the exact words from memory I need. A single drag, mind you.

I have not heard a single doctor talk about microdosing THC as a cure for ADHD and I wonder if my experience is coincidental or there’s really something there?

This is basically what I've replaced with my tincture. I used to roll the smallest doobies you can imagine(one drag joints basically). However since it's terrible for the lungs, I've completely replaced it with my shot. The effect is slightly different but it works well against my ADHD.

Definitely something, there's an intersection between THC and neurodivergence for sure. One line of thought relates to the amygdala, the idea is that reducing the activity in that brain regions creates a sort of "space" for other things to get processed, like emotional memories from the hippocampus, so the limbic system is involved.

The subjective experience has a loose correlation to mindfulness meditation which has also been linked to the amygdala/hippocampus processing loop.

That they describe there is exactly how I feel! That's amazing, thank you for that.

This web site is interesting. Not sure what they're trying to sell but the content is a good read.

There's no studies, but a lot of anecdata.
