Most companies I think now make you accountable for the card, and unless you provide a receipt showing it is a company expense then you are accountable.
Main problem was using a corporate card. I don't even know what that is, the concept just doesn't exist here.
Second problem was using a credit card. I know what that is but definitely don't have one, nor has anyone I know around me. Debit card only. You have money, you pay. Don't have money, tough luck. Learn to save.

Imagine buying a new luxury car's worth of virtual currency for your kid on your company's dime. sure, I wanted a Viper as a kid, but I don't think that would be a good enough reason for this.
