It is definitely picking up - you if look at the list of planned launches to the Moon for example, there are quite a few things launching in the next 12 months.
Also I think we need to start looking at smaller institutions and even private companies doing beyond LEO research soon - exactly because of the launch costs going down.
Yet at the same time, traditional big exploration players don't seem to be really able to make use of ti quick enough for some reason (politics ? inertia?).
