Another one that argues that destroying everything in like 80% of territory with a captive population is not a genocidal act. And this time the reason it's not genocidal is that the killers are announcing their intentions in advance so the population can move around a bit in its captivity, and record the destruction in hopes someone outside will care a little and send some help.
